PEX history- how was this material invented

In the early 1950, scientists from Europe tried to create a strong yet light material to be used, not for piping as used today, but for a totally different are: medicine and labs. The need for PEX supply in this type of institutions was incredibly large. At first, only glass containers were used for keeping samples or mixing different substances, and even for medical checks. The PEX supply offered a stronger material that would not brake if dropped.PEX was created from polymer; this is why the material is Prada sometimes referred to as PEX polymer. PEX polymer was obtained at first by processes of heating and cooling, which reinforced the materials, such as techniques Gucci Aviatrix used for glass or iron reinforcements. Another ingredient was also added into the PEX was peroxide. The substance facilitated the bounds between the atoms and created a much stronger material than polymer, so that it could be used for piping and other areas of the industry. Once this material was made, it began to be used not only for the lab instruments, but also for piping, since it was a cheaper way to make pipe tubes than by using metal. The first way to create polymer was called PEX-a. PEX-a soon started to develop into PEX-b. PEX-b used the same method of heating and cooling Mulberry Handbags to create a strong bound between molecules of polymer, but silane was now added, not peroxide. A long time after the polymer was used for piping, another way to make it was invented. In this case, an electron ray was used to bound atoms, and the method was called PEX-c. PEX-c is different only by obtaining processes, not by quality or resistance. In 1970, this material began Marni Handbags to be used all over Europe continent. It was a lot cheaper than iron pipes, and its manufacturing took a lot less than iron made tubes. By the late 1980, USA started to ship in the product. Latter during this period, America made its own manufacturing centers to produce polymer pipes. Polymer was altered, changed and reinvented all the way throughout its history. Today, the polymer in the bathroom or kitchen piping is not the only thing it is used for. Most of the areas replaced with this product are glass objects, and hard plastic products. Inside the pipes, polymer now has an extra surface which insures germ free water, benefit which is lacking to all iron pipes.
